We procure high quality Pharmaceutical grade Gelatin and food grade colorants from internationally renowned manufacturers. They meet current Pharmacopoeia requirements and health regulatory aspects. They are subjected to stringent quality tests in our modern Quality Control Laboratory prior to release for production.

Homogenous quality of gelatin solution is prepared which is the key to high and consistent quality of capsules.

Then color matching is done as per customer's requirement. Any capsule with specific color required can be tailor made to suit our customer's requirement. To manufacture SUNLOC^TM Capsules, first, stainless steel mould pins are dipped into the gelatin solution. The two halves so formed, make up the body and cap of the capsules. These are then dried, individually stripped and joined together with self-locking systems.

Manufacturing is carried out in clean areas where ambient temperature is controlled within 20 - 25 °C and the relative humidity within 45 - 65%.
